Raul S. Perez is a Texas-based entrepreneur, business consultant, and real estate investor with more than 30 years of experience across multiple industries. Throughout his career, he has successfully owned and operated five Mexican restaurants in Houston, managed construction projects through The Woodlands General Contractors, and led real estate investment operations with Perez & Hernandez Investment Group LLC.
His experience spans hospitality, construction, business development, and real estate investment, giving him a practical and results-driven approach to business growth and asset management.
